Sebring Sun ($2.50) has returned to racing in slick form this time and remains clear favourite in 2015 Up And Coming Stakes betting markets at Ladbrokes.com.au ahead of Shards ($5) and clear market mover Voilier ($5.50).

Will Sebring Sun continue his slick run of form with success in the 2015 Up And Coming Stakes or will one of his rivals find the line in the clear?

1st

Sebring Sun ($2.50)

Gary Portelli is confident Sebring Sun has taken even greater benefit from a last start win in the Listed Rosebud (1200m) a fortnight ago; ahead of a field very similar to that confirmed for the Up And Coming Stakes this weekend. Running third in the TAB Place Multi Plate (1000m) first-up this year before placing fifth in each of the Listed Lonhro Plate (1100m) and Group 2 Skyline Stakes (1200m), the Sebring colt returned this time for a maiden win in the TAB.com.au Handicap (1200m) on July 29th in his only other start prior to The Rosebud. Confirmed to be partnered by Hugh Bowman, Sebring Sun will leave from barrier 5.

2nd

Voilier ($5.50)

Voilier appears to be peaking in condition at the absolute opportune moment for the Golden Rose and is sure to lay a great account for himself in the 2015 Up And Coming Stakes. Running second in the Group 2 Silver Slipper (1100m) and fifth in the Group 2 Todman Stakes (1200m) through a brief autumn campaign, the Beneteau gelding returned this time for fourth in a Rosehill Gardens minor over 1100m before placing second in The Rosebud last time out. Sure to receive the run of the race from barrier 2, Voilier has been confirmed to be partnered by Blake Shinn.

3rd

Cannyescent ($6)

Cannyescent undoubtedly faces the biggest task of his short racing career in the 2015 Up And Coming Stakes but is in great condition and appears ready for the challenge. Taking out two talent-rich Sydney barrier trials prior to his competitive debut, the Canny Lad gelding produced an impressive turn of foot to take out his first competitive race over 1200m on August 4th and will carry a very manageable 56kgs in the 2015 Up And Coming Stakes.
